The short version: we collect as little as possible, and right now that means almost nothing.
The forecast calculator runs entirely in your browser. The dates and the name you enter are used for the calculation on your device and are never sent to our servers, stored, or shared. Closing the page erases them.
Cookies: Peanutbean does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
Hosting: this site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details.
The optional email reminder: if you choose to leave your email address (and, optionally, a date) in the reminder form, we use them for exactly one purpose: sending you the reminder emails you asked for. Subscriptions are confirmed by double opt-in, meaning nothing happens until you click the confirmation link we email you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list. This data is processed by MailerLite, our email service provider, under their privacy terms. We never sell or share your email with anyone else.
Contact: a dedicated contact address is being set up and will be listed here. Until then, this policy reflects everything the site does with data, which is very little indeed.
